Multi-state design firm is seeking a Lead Airport Engineer for their team in Tulsa! Responsibilities include acting as an advisor to internal teams and external contractors, mentoring/training staff, providing firm-wide direction, participating in key projects, maintaining a reputation as a technical expert, collaborating to develop/implement strategies, ensuring quality control standards, researching/analyzing discipline-related data, monitoring/evaluating the effectiveness of industry-related initiatives, building/maintaining client relationships, and serving as a discipline quality leader.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture or a related area, 10+ years' experience in a civil engineering discipline with a focus on airports, a strong understanding of engineering business consulting, highly specialized technical knowledge related to a particular service or discipline, and a proven track record in meeting/exceeding client expectations through innovative technical services. Salary is commensurate with experience.
