We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for complex electronics and circuit-card testing within a manufacturing environment.
The engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing test solutions for circuit card assemblies, working closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate product requirements into effective testing strategies.
This position combines hands-on test development, troubleshooting, technical leadership, customer interaction, and mentoring
. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in manufacturing test technologies, particularly ICT and Flying Probe
.
Work Arrangement: On-site

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement testing strategies for PCB/PCBA and circuit card assemblies based on customer and product requirements.
- Develop and program ICT and Flying Probe test solutions
, including test programs and test parameters. - Design and support test fixtures and test equipment
. - Troubleshoot complex circuit-card, test-program, and equipment issues.
- Perform design reviews and provide technical guidance on testability and manufacturability.
- Define engineering standards, testing methodologies, design guidelines, and best practices.
- Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into practical test solutions.
- Support new product introduction and ongoing production testing.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior Test Engineers.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production and field issues.
- Develop technical documentation, procedures, test specifications, and engineering reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives involving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DOE
, and process optimization. - Ensure appropriate handling of hazardous materials and waste within the work area.
- Perform additional engineering assignments as required.
Required Technical Skills
- Flying Probe Testing
- Boundary Scan
- Test programming and test development
- PCB / PCBA / Circuit Card Assembly testing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of electronics and electrical engineering principles
- Manufacturing test processes
- Technical documentation and engineering reporting
- Experience with simulation/design tools
Preferred Experience
- Aerospace and Defense electronics
- PCB/PCBA or circuit card manufacturing
- SMT manufacturing
- SPEA or Teledyne test systems
- DOE / Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
- ISO-regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience working directly with customers on technical requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ICT and/or Flying Probe test development
- Experience developing testing solutions rather than simply operating existing equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
- Willingness to work on-site in Tulsa, Oklahoma
