Civil EIT

Cyntergy is seeking a Civil EIT to support site and civil design for commercial, retail, and institutional projects. You will assist with grading, drainage, utilities, paving, and site layout, preparing plans, calculations, and reports using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other design tools. Collaborating within integrated architecture and engineering teams, you'll help coordinate with clients, agencies, and contractors while learning full project delivery from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design of site grading, drainage, utilities, and paving for commercial and institutional projects
• Prepare civil engineering plans, profiles, details, and calculations using Auto
• CAD/Civil 3
• DSupport preparation of reports, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinate with internal architecture, structural, MEP, and construction teams
• Contribute to permitting submittals and responses to agency comments
• Support construction phase services, including RFIs and submittal reviews
• Apply relevant codes, standards, and best practices to civil designs
• Participate in project meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Use advanced design tools and workflows under guidance of senior engineers
• Pursue professional development and EIT/PE licensure with provided support
