Project Engineering Manager

Refresco Beverages US Inc is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead capital and process improvement projects in our high-volume beverage manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will manage the full project lifecycle-from concept and design through installation, commissioning, and handover-ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional plant teams and external vendors, optimize equipment and line performance, and drive continuous improvement in a culture focused on safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and process improvement projects from concept through commissioning in a beverage manufacturing plant
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to meet safety, quality, and performance targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain
• Select, negotiate with, and manage outside vendors, contractors, and engineering partners
• Develop and review engineering designs, equipment layouts, and technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company engineering standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase line reliability, throughput, and efficiency
• Prepare project justifications, cost-benefit analyses, and status reports for leadership
• Coach and mentor engineers and technicians supporting project execution
• Support startup, validation, and handoff of new equipment and processes to operations
