We are seeking a Project Manager to support and oversee construction materials testing and engineering projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with clients, coordinating teams, and driving successful project outcomes.

You'll work closely with engineers, field personnel, contractors, and clients while developing the skills needed to advance into SR leadership roles.

Responsibilities

+ Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

+ Coordinate field, laboratory, and office teams to support project success.

+ Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

+ Track project progress, deadlines, and resource needs.

+ Review reports, project documentation, and technical data.

+ Support proposal development, project planning, and contract administration.

+ Monitor project financial performance and assist with invoicing.

+ Help identify opportunities for client growth and business development.

Qualifications

+ Project management experience in construction, engineering, geotechnical, materials testing, or a related industry.

+ Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience coordinating teams, schedules, and project deliverables.

+ Understanding of construction processes and client-facing project management.

+ Construction Materials Testing (CMT) or geotechnical experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $65000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
