Our client is a structural engineering consulting firm specializing in complex building and infrastructure projects across commercial, institutional, residential, and public-sector markets. With experience supporting both new construction and existing structure rehabilitation projects, this company continues to grow its presence throughout California and beyond.

This is an opportunity to join a highly technical and collaborative engineering environment where senior engineers play a visible role in both project delivery and client engagement. This company offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of structural projects ranging from commercial developments to seismic retrofits and complex building systems. The role provides leadership opportunities, technical ownership, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while contributing to impactful projects throughout the region.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license strongly preferred
• Varying project experience across steel, concrete, oil and gas industry preferred
• 8+ years of structural engineering consulting experience
• Experience with commercial, institutional, multifamily, or mixed-use building design
• Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design standards, and structural analysis principles
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM, SAP
  2000, or similar platforms
• Experience managing projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
