Position Responsibilities:

Industrial Engineering. Industrial Engineering interns support Tulsa production operations by analyzing and improving the integration of people, equipment, materials, facilities, and processes. Interns work with manufacturing teams to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, capacity, flow, standard work, and production readiness through data-driven analysis and structured problem‑solving.

Potential internship assignments may include:

• Analyze production flow, staffing, schedules, capacity, and constraints
• Develop process, layout, standard‑work, and efficiency improvements
  
  Support ergonomic and safety improvements
• Use operational data to identify trends, risks, and recovery actions

These positions are expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate ABET‑accredited engineering program
• Ability to work full-time during Summer 2027

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Passion for the aerospace industry and interest and enthusiasm for a career at Boeing
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher)
• Previous related internship or work experience and/or involvement with student or civic organizations
• Majoring in one of the following:
  Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Management, or other closely related engineering fields
• The ability to relocate and work onsite
