As an Event Coordinator Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales department and leading team operations. You’ll assist management in implementing company programs at the local center and ensure consistency and professionalism in all client-facing interactions.

• Build weekly and daily schedules (with Sales Manager approval)
• Coordinate birthday parties and serve as greeter and host checkout lead
• Manage client communications: welcome emails, confirmations, signage, and cards
• Catch incoming phone leads and assist with outside database building
• Create logos and signs for clients
• Organize and track donations in Excel
• Support site visits to enhance professionalism
• Attend networking and tradeshow events

• Minimum age: 18
• 1+ year of high-volume hospitality experience preferred
• Professional dress and nametag required
