Become a Field Service Technician at AGS!
Are you tech-savvy, ready to troubleshoot, and have a passion for gaming? AGS is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help keep the game going. If you're excited about working with cutting-edge gaming equipment, solving puzzles, and delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you!
Responsibilities- Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on AGS casino products to ensure smooth operation.
- Complete paperwork and reports in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner.
- Provide best-in-the-business customer service to internal and external customers.
- Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain inventory and track parts to stay on top of your game.
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation with fellow technicians.
- Follow all safety protocols and stay composed when troubleshooting in high-energy environments.
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Problem solver with basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking
- Knowledge of electronics/computer networking; gaming experience is a bonus
- Basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexibility to work a changing schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to obtain licensing through the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) or other jurisdictions where AGS operates
- Adventure: travel to casinos and customers in your territory
- Growth potential through training and mentorship
- Work with the latest casino gaming equipment
- Hands-on work with real-time challenges
- On your feet, walking, standing, and occasionally bending and squatting for long periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 200 pounds
- Work environments may vary and may be non-climate-controlled
