What You'll Do

• Apply established protocols to determine how materials should be handled after receipt.
• Perform full inspection and verification on all RMAs, including EGM serial-number reconciliation.
• Investigate inconsistencies, resolve what you can, and bring up only when needed.
• Use case-management and ERP systems to investigate discrepancies, part numbers, and receiving data.
• Work with Order Planning, Tech Services, and Business Operations to resolve first-level RMA issues.
• Advance second-level discrepancies to Service Support Representative - Parts.
• Conduct incoming inspections, resolve basic RMA discrepancies, assist with scrapping activities, and complete material disposition following established workflows.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned - flexibility matters here.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in material handling or a related role.
• Ability to follow established workflows with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail during inspections and verification.
• Skill in researching discrepancies and incoming RMAs.
• Experience with case-management and ERP platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Good judgment in resolving issues or raising concerns.
• Solid computer skills for researching data and part numbers.
• Ability to carry out incoming inspections and resolve discrepancies.
• Consistent, reliable execution of assigned tasks - your work keeps everything moving.

Pay Range
$18.00 - $23.40 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
