Many senior managers started at the front desk and progressed to earn base salaries beginning at $42,000 as a General Manager, $60,000 as a Regional Manager (responsible for 5‑10 locations), and over $100,000 as a Regional Director overseeing 10+ locations.

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist them with the sign‑up process.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Close shift for that business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Positive mental attitude and team player mindset.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or over the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights).
• Occasional exposure to commercial cleaning products.
