Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience

• Analyze assigned loan applications
• Prepare detailed written loan memorandum documents
• Advise Lending Officers on loan analysis
• Spread and analyze financial statements
• Review complex credit issues and interpret data
• Ensure cash flow adequacy for debt requirements
• Evaluate loan risk and make recommendations
• Complete written loan memorandum thoroughly
• Work within time-sensitive deadlines
• Interpret financial statements and accounting principles

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience in a Credit Analyst role preferred
• Strong analytical and financial statement interpretation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment

• Experience with SBA lending
• Knowledge of legal requirements for collateral instruments
• Understanding of global cash flow analysis
