Sr. Director of Finance

We are seeking a Senior Director of Finance for our client in the Tulsa, OK area! This individual provides strategic and operational financial leadership within an industrial manufacturing environment. This role oversees financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operational finance while partnering with executive leadership and operations to drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth.

• Lead financial strategy and support key business and operational decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including margin and variance analysis
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to cost control, manufacturing efficiency, and profitability
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership to improve financial performance
• Oversee cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation activities
• Support pricing analysis, capital expenditure evaluations, and investment decisions
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit activities
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Lead, develop, and mentor a finance and accounting team
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting tools, including ERP initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong experience in operational finance, cost accounting, and FP&A
• Proven ability to lead teams and partner cross-functionally
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and operational drivers
