Accounting Now is currently seeking a Cash Manager with strong expertise in cash management, mortgage servicing accounting, and federal compliance. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work are key.
What you’ll do:- Oversee cash management operations, reconciliations, and disbursements
- Manage loan conversions, HUD program activity, and HECM payments
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and OMB A-123 internal controls
- Lead QC reviews, resolve discrepancies, and support audits
- Own month-end close activities and reporting
- Mortgage servicing accounting and cash management experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Familiarity with HUD programs and Treasury systems
- CPA and Credit Reform experience a plus
