Full Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Prefunding Analyst to review loan documentation for complex commercial, consumer real estate, and consumer loans to all regulation, compliance, and policy requirements. Loans will include commercial real estate, construction, land, development, investment real estate, commercial & industrial, UCC asset-based lending, cattle, consumer residential real estate, and consumer non real estate loans. The Prefunding Analyst duties and responsibilities will include evaluating and finalizing a full loan packet review and loan document review using the Laser Pro document platform and other documents in the loan packet or in imaging.
Other duties include pipeline updates and managing loan priorities, TRID and HELOC document review, HMDA review, recording of collateral documents, SBA reporting, dispute reviews, exceptions, audits, regulatory compliance, data accuracy, and resolving errors.

ResponsibilitiesDaily prefunding review and finalization of commercial and consumer loan documents and the loan packet in accordance with government regulation, compliance, and bank policy
HMDA determination and review in document software
Prefunding review and finalization of accurate TRID and HELOC documents and loan packets
Daily prioritization and communications for all loan packets in the queue to have documents and review completed timely before closings
Daily updates to the doc prep pipeline for all loans in process and their status
Daily Communication with all lending staff to answer newly discovered documentation and/or procedural questions not already addressed
Perform collateral filings weekly for mortgages, UCC's, lien entry's, continuations, etc.
Perform as the backup for loan documentation
Perform as the backup for exceptions to enter and clear
Perform quarterly audits for compliance, data accuracy, or to resolve errors
Weekly credit report dispute review
Monthly SBA Reporting
Imaging as needed
Other duties as assigned
Laser Pro emphasis or other loan production software experience
Full knowledge of TRID disclosure preparation experience for LE and CD
Proven working experience as a loan processor and/or loan operations role
Ability to maintain and comprehend all internal/external regulations, along with all policies and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills and high critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
MS Office Suite experience with superior emphasis in Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well and be positive with others
Must be able to balance accurate documentation and a results-driven compliant approach with lending staff
Loan Processing: 3-5 years (Preferred)
Loan Operations: 3-5 years (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Preferred)
