We are now looking for a talented Accounts Supervisor to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Accountant, the incumbent will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, preparing financial and management reports and month-end closing activities. He / She is also expected to assist in handling finance operation of South East Asia under Swire Properties Group.

• Manage full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and complete financial records of Swire Properties Limited, a HK listed company
• Handle daily accounting operations, including bank payments and receipts.
• Prepare month-end closing activities such as journal entries, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and intercompany account reconciliations
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant cash flow information for financial & management reporting and decision.
• Coordinate with departments and business units to prepare annual budget
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditor in audit and review engagements
• Review the book records prepared by Accounts Officer for the subsidiaries companies
• Assist manager for handling finance operation of South East Asia under Swire Properties Group
• Prepare Transfer Pricing documentation and relevant tax return for Swire Properties Limited and associated branch offices

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts in sizeable companies
• Qualified public accountant is preferred
• Self-initiative, independent, able to work under multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines
• Strong project management skills, analytical mind and business acumen
• Proficiency in JDE System and Microsoft Office
• Good commend in both written and spoken English and Chinese
