Position is remote flexible and preferred at 525 S Main St in Tulsa, OK. However, location is flexible at other Arvest Facilities for residents of AR, MO, KS, or OK and will be determined upon hire.
Position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented compliance professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of mortgage origination regulations, and a proven ability to guide teams in maintaining regulatory excellence.

Experience with Encompass, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and issue tracking systems such as SharePoint and Archer.
The Mortgage Compliance Supervisor ensures the timely identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting of existing, emerging and upstream regulatory risks and issues related to mortgage and secondary market lending. The incumbent drives a culture of accountability and compliance and works across the Arvest Mortgage Division/Central Mortgage Company (AMD/CMC) to ensure compliance with applicable banking laws, rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide effective supervision of staff, including prompt feedback regarding performance, adequately training new associates and cross‑training existing associates on all site specific roles and functions. Maintain adequate staffing levels and distribution of workload between associates.
- Maintain a proficient level of knowledge regarding the assigned mortgage compliance subjects. Provide subject matter expertise with regard to mortgage compliance topics for personnel across AMD/CMC.
- Assist the manager in analyzing, researching, and leading the resolution of potential compliance issues by reviewing exposure, remediation plans, and managing to full compliance with applicable rules or regulations.
- Ensure mortgage compliance policies, procedures, and programs are closely aligned with key compliance initiatives while effectively monitoring AMD/CMC compliance exposure.
- Assist in the detailed analysis of identified compliance mandates, changes, or concerns and lead or provide direction with the implementation of resolutions for servicing and/or origination problems or questions.
- Work collaboratively with assigned business departments to ensure clear understanding and alignment of efforts regarding requirements definition for future compliance projects.
- Provide assistance to the manager during compliance exams by the federal and state examiners, regulators and independent auditors, including Arvest Bank Group internal auditors engaged by the bank group.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
