Account Manager

* Perform complex financial analysis, economic modeling, and developing projections for potential expansion projects, construction, or new business deals.  + Understand the JV economics associated with projects and incorporate those into proposals for all new deals
* Work with Engineering to help develop project AFE’s and present them to the appropriate level of senior management for approval.

- Analyze the business activity through each pipeline and terminal asset to understand the business drivers, identify business trends, and forecast future revenues.  
* Understand all existing contracts and work with accounting to ensure accurate billing
* 5 or more years related work experience in the energy sector preferred
* 1-3 years related work experience in marketing and/or business development role preferred
* Experience and/or knowledge including but not limited to:  + Contract Negotiation  + Contract Analysis  + Economic Analysis  + Research Skills  + Communication Skills
* Experience analyzing data with a strong business acumen
* Experience researching, analyzing, and resolving issues and/or questions concerning contracts, agreements, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Experience developing and preparing contracts, agreements, reports, presentations, policies, procedures, and correspondence applicable to position
* Experience reading and interpreting reports, correspondence, industry publications, contracts, and computer manuals and printouts
* Experience interacting, advising, negotiating, and communicating effectively
* Ability to: understand tariff and regulatory obligations as applicable to the position
* Ability to: apply math, algebraic formulas, statistics applicable to position, and economic models
* Ability to: communicate and/or exchange information or instruction
