Cost Specialist - Tulsa, OK

, you’ll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that keep our utility and renewable energy infrastructure projects on track, on budget, and built for long-term success.

• Track, analyze, and control costs for EPC energy and utility infrastructure projects, including transmission, substations, and renewables

• Manage budgets, forecasts, EACs, and ETCs across multi-year projects

• Monitor cost deviations, trends, and risks, escalating issues proactively

• Support change management, including change orders, budget transfers, and cost impacts

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, and technical teams to align financials with execution plans

• Prepare clear cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leadership and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with Project Controls Execution Plans and company standards

• Leverage JDE, Eco Sys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI for accurate job cost tracking

• Act as a trusted cost advisor, driving continuous improvement in project financial performance

• 2+ years of project cost control, job costing, or project controls experience within EPC, construction, utilities, or energy/infrastructure projects

• Hands‑on expertise in cost forecasting, budget control, change management, and cost/risk analysis

• Experience in project‑based environments (not manufacturing or corporate accounting)

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with JDE and/or Eco Sys

• Ability to translate complex cost data into clear, actionable insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Finance
  , or equivalent experience

• Willing to travel up to 10% domestically
