Mortgage Right is looking for experienced self-generating Mortgage Loan Branch Managers to join our team. As part of a direct lender, Mortgage Right branch managers can offer lower interest rates to clients, making it easier to close loans and generate more revenue. If you are looking for entrepreneurial freedom, Mortgage Right branch managers operate their own branches under the umbrella of a larger organization, allowing you to make key business decisions such as marketing strategies and operational protocols.

The Branch Manager assumes overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing and maintains knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general department guidelines.

• Ensure that all loans originated by the Branch are handled in accordance with Company’s policies, guidelines, quality control, applicable federal, state, and local laws, and investor guidelines.
• Ensure that all proper documentation is prepared, kept and maintained in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Ensure that all borrowers are advised of the most appropriate financing options.
• Ensure that the HMDA section of the 1003 is completed in its entirety.
• Ensure that all advertising, websites, social media and marketing is done with the pre-approval of Company and that all telemarketing is performed in accordance with Company guidelines for use of the Do Not Call list and is in compliance with Federal and State rules.

• 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Lending
• 1+ years of Managerial Experience in Lending
• As defined by the S.A.F.E. Act, must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and maintain the unique identifying registration number.

• Experience using Encompass LOS is a plus
