- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (CFP® certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
- Deep knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements. Moneyguide, eMoney, etc.
- Proven ability to manage a book of high-net-worth clients and grow assets under management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Preferred AUM at or above $25M.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for individual clients.
- Provide ongoing advice and portfolio reviews to ensure clients' financial goals are being met.
- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand the client base through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
