Blue Sky Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Analyst II to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma
. As a Credit Analyst II, you’ll play a key role in evaluating borrower financials, assessing risk, and supporting lending decisions that keep our loan portfolio strong and compliant. This position offers exposure to moderate to advanced credit analysis
, allowing you to expand your expertise while collaborating closely with lending teams across the bank.

- Partner with lending staff to support credit underwriting and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and risk analysis for new and existing commercial relationships.
- Prepare detailed credit memorandums and maintain consistency in underwriting documentation.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and key performance metrics using bank systems.
- Evaluate loan collateral and risk factors, including A/R aging reports, borrowing base certificates, rent rolls, loan covenant compliance, on-site collateral inspections, as needed.
- Monitor loans post-approval—track covenants, identify risks, and support renewals/extensions.
- Provide industry comparisons and insights to strengthen risk assessments.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including privacy, legality, and non-discrimination.
- Help develop efficient processes for loan approvals, closings, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- Collaborate across departments and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: 2+ years of credit analysis/underwriting experience.
- Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, qualifying motor vehicle record report, and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of credit analysis/underwriting.
- Sound judgment with a keen eye for risk identification and mitigation.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, concise recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while demonstrating leadership qualities.
