Financial Solutions Advisor – Stage I
Position begins with licensing training – SIE, Series7, and Series
66 – followed by foundational advisory work in a financial center. The role focuses on building and managing client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial advice, and guiding clients to achieve their life‑ and financial‑goals.
Note:
This requisition contains multiple locations but there is no immediate opening for every location listed.
- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
66 licenses within 30–120 days of hire. - Use Academy training to develop consultative skills and establish relationships with banking, small‑business, and high‑net‑worth clients.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations that outline integrated solutions tailored to each client.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
- Maintain SAFE Act registration and background‑check compliance; failure to keep registration may result in termination.
- Work Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturdays; typical schedule 8:00‑17:00 or 9:00‑18:00 as required.
- Ability to obtain the required industry licenses within mandated time frames.
- Self‑disciplined management of time and capacity in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers.
- Results‑driven mindset that prioritizes client interest.
- Minimum high‑school diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalency; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Familiarity with advisory, account management, client experience, branding, customer and client focus, oral communication, issue management, client solutions, pipeline management, active listening, attention to detail, risk management, policies and procedures, client management, causation analysis, and written communication.
- Full‑time position: 40 hours per week; 1st shift (U.S.).
- In‑office culture with flexibility based on role considerations.
- Paid training program and ongoing coaching through the Academy.
- SAFE Act registration support handled through company programs.
