FP&A Director – Tulsa, OK
Location:
Tulsa, OK 74037. Work Arrangement:
Onsite.
TWG is the industry’s foremost producers of quality winches, hoists, gear drives and electronic monitoring systems for global industrial applications. This role reports to the Director of Finance, Controller and provides financial planning and analysis across TWG’s Operations.
Responsibilities- Lead the financial planning program, integrating it with strategic and operating plans to support the company’s financial goals.
- Develop the Annual Operating Plan and ongoing forecasts; analyze markets, key drivers, sensitivities, and risks/opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities and optimize results across pricing, new product development, commercial initiatives, lean manufacturing, and sourcing strategy.
- Oversee product costing, ensuring accurate standard costs for better business decisions.
- Perform variance analysis to improve results and partner closely with Operations and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on inventory optimization across SIOP, cycle‑count, E&O, and lead‑time analysis.
- Lead capital planning, developing a project portfolio linked to strategy and guiding optimal capital allocation through financial analysis of projects.
- Serve as a financial advisor to the Director of Finance, Controller, President, and other leadership team members.
- Model safety‑focused, motivating, and inspiring leadership; maintain ISO procedures to prevent and address quality and environmental issues.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with a focus on finance.
- Academics: CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5–7 years in financial management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, financial analysis, product costing, lean manufacturing, supply chain and capital planning.
- Demonstrated ability to travel as required.
