What You’ll Do
- Execute month‑end close (journal entries, reconciliations, SEC and management reporting, variance analysis)
- Prepare reports, schedules, and financial analyses
- Support audits with clear documentation
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Improve processes with a focus on efficiency and automation
- Support SOX compliance activities
- Participate in segregation of duties reviews
- Improve and automate controls and processes
Support day‑to‑day accounting activities, build knowledge of systems and processes
Level IIOwn deliverables and work independently, guide team members and solve complex issues
What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Level I: 1+ year experience or internship
- Level II: 2+ years experience (energy preferred)
- CPA or progress toward certification preferred
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excel proficiency
- Communication and collaboration
- SOX knowledge (Level II depth)
