JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead advanced financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision making and support overall business performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Leads development and maintenance of complex financial models and forecasts.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of financial performance and identifies key drivers.
- Prepares and presents comprehensive financial reports and presentations to senior management.
- Provides strategic financial analysis to support business initiatives.
- Develops and implements financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Leads cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Identifies and evaluates financial risks and opportunities.
- Conducts regular general ledger and bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and financial integrity.
- Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Leads and/or guides the work of other employees.
- Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other related field, and five (5) to seven (7) years of financial analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with financial planning and reporting systems.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certifications preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
