Blue Sky Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma!

As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist
, you will play a critical role in preparing and processing commercial, consumer, and real estate loans. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure loans are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable standards.

- Process and prepare commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using Laser Pro and Decision Pro.
- Order and review title work, flood certifications, credit reports, appraisals, and appraisal reviews.
- Monitor transactions for loan policy exceptions before document preparation.
- Coordinate with title companies to facilitate real estate closings.
- Initiate funding entries and support loan disbursements.
- Review UCC/EFS searches and complete all required filings.
- File mortgages, deeds of trust, and liens for titled collateral.
- Accurately upload, scan, and fund closed loans within the core system.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of loan processing experience.
- Strong understanding of loan processing procedures and documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to delivering excellent internal and external customer service.
