The role of the Wealth Management Operations Specialist is to support the Wealth Management accounts by processing fee maintenance requests, maintaining accurate account information, documenting operational procedures, and assisting with special projects.
What are the responsibilities?- Process fee additions, deletions, and maintenance requests through workflow queues.
- Review and update account information to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
- Serve as a backup resource for various functions within the business group.
- Support management by documenting and maintaining operational processes and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support operational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous operations, banking, financial services, or administrative experience preferred
- Some knowledge of trust or banking preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You can be counted on in crucial times, possessing great focus while completing projects successfully and efficiently.
- You can grasp complex subjects and effectively strategize how to achieve optimal results.
