Job Description

The Corporate Trust Administration & Risk Analyst is responsible for supporting operational, administrative, and risk‑related activities for Corporate Trust front‑line teams. This role assists with account setup, record maintenance, onboarding, issue tracking, exception monitoring, reporting, and other servicing processes. The Analyst partners with Relationship Managers, Risk, and operations teams to help reduce operational risk, improve process consistency, and support timely resolution of issues in accordance with Corporate Trust standards and procedures.

You’ll Spend Your Time
  • You will support account setup, onboarding, record maintenance, and other servicing activities while ensuring accuracy and adherence to Corporate Trust standards.
  • You will review backlog items, administrative work, and documentation gaps, escalating higher‑risk issues and assisting with timely resolution.
  • You will collaborate with Risk, Relationship Managers, and front‑line teams to monitor exceptions, analyze issues, and support remediation efforts.
  • You will contribute to centralized processes and workflow improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and risk mitigation.
  • You will prepare committee materials and minutes, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with governance expectations.
  • You will review trends, issue logs, and operational metrics while supporting reporting, process improvements, and broader business initiatives.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field and 3–5 years of directly related Corporate Trust, banking operations, risk, or financial services experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills
  • Working knowledge of Corporate Trust administration, account lifecycle management, and servicing processes
  • Understanding of risk management practices, including exception management, controls, and issue remediation
  • Ability to review processes, identify gaps, and support effective solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
  • Ability to review data, trends, and operational metrics to support reporting and decision‑making
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant internal systems (e.g., ACS or similar platforms)
