Unified Talent Group is supporting the search for a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations within a growing manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for overseeing financial processes, supporting strategic planning, and partnering with senior leadership to drive business performance and decision‑making.

In this role, you will collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and support both short‑ and long‑term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial and accounting functions including reporting systems, controls, and data management
  • Develop, implement, and refine financial processes, procedures, and internal controls
  • Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and performance metrics for senior leadership
  • Partner with executive leadership to provide insights and recommendations on financial strategy and business planning
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning initiatives
  • Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance indicators to guide decision‑making
  • Assist in the development of capital and operating budgets
  • Support strategic initiatives including financial modeling, forecasting, and investment planning
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Lead and mentor finance team members, supporting development and performance management
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and accounting principles
  • Experience with financial reporting systems, budgeting, and forecasting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience working within ERP or financial systems in a manufacturing environment
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis
  • 2–4+ years of leadership or management experience within a finance function
  • Experience supporting operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
