Job Summary

Compu-Link is searching for a Foreclosure Specialist with experience in a mortgage servicing or default firm setting. Foreclosure Specialists are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of foreclosure proceedings including but not limited to working with non-judicial foreclosure commissioners, responding to inquiries from borrower/heirs, database system updates, and management escalations when appropriate.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete thorough case review and proceed accordingly to ensure compliance with the federal non-judicial foreclosure process and HUD guidelines.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure accuracy of the data.
  • Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers, interested third parties, regarding foreclosure.
  • Provide regular reporting to management regarding case review, portfolio assessment, and completion of foreclosure metrics.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and interactions.
  • Adhere to all established company policies and procedures.

This position is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK. where the work will be performed.

It requires the mandatory successful completion of a federal background check to include criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.

Minimum Qualifications , Knowledge, and Skills
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • Some college preferred
  • Legal/Paralegal background a plus
  • Competent in organization, multi‑tasking, and prioritization
  • Ability to adjust to change management
  • Self‑motivated & goal‑oriented
  • Willingness to learn new skills and answer questions
  • Understanding of foreclosure and evictions process is preferred
  • Strong problem solving & critical thinking ability
  • Exceptional written and oral communication
  • Ability to work well as an individual contributor as well as be part of a team
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
  • Impeccable punctuality and attendance
  • Highly dependable (daily responsibilities/tasks, and project deadlines)
  • Proven Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience

Working Conditions and

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a professional office environment within a secure Federal Government contractor facility.

Employees must be comfortable working in an active environment that involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and computer work. Employees will regularly work with standard office equipment including computers, scanners, photocopiers.

The position is fully onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma within a secure government‑regulated facility and requires successful completion of federal background checks, fingerprinting, credit screening, prior to employment.
