• Support Loan Officers with consumer, commercial, USDA B&I, and SBA 7(a)/504 applications.
• Gather borrower documentation and complete all pre‑closing requirements.
• Prepare loan document requests, coordinate closing packages, and assist with funding.
• Submit mortgages, assignments, modifications, and other recordable items.
• Maintain accurate loan files and assist with exception lists, past‑due monitoring, and maturity tracking.

• Minimum 3+ years of loan assistant experience.
• Experience in commercial lending; USDA/SBA exposure is a positive but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to work at the Tulsa branch.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, accuracy, and ethical standards.
