LHH is partnering with an industry-leading, publicly traded manufacturing company on a search for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis & Transformation. This executive leadership role serves as a key strategic partner to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, driving enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and finance transformation initiatives.
The Vice President will lead the FP&A function across the organization while also serving as the primary finance partner to Supply Chain leadership. This position provides the unique opportunity to influence company strategy, improve business performance, modernize finance capabilities, and lead transformational initiatives involving advanced analytics, automation, ERP modernization, and AI-enabled finance solutions. This role is offering a salary between $250K - $300K + bonus.

- Establish the strategic vision, operating model, and long-term roadmap for FP&A across the organization
- Own the enterprise Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including annual operating plans, strategic planning, long-range forecasts, and rolling forecasts across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into financial objectives and actionable performance targets
- Oversee enterprise financial reporting, executive dashboards, board presentations, and performance review processes
- Act as the primary finance partner to Supply Chain and Sourcing leadership
- Serve as the executive sponsor and program leader for enterprise finance transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Significant FP&A leadership experience with responsibility for enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Previous experience leading and developing high-performing finance organizations and senior finance leaders
- Executive leadership position with significant visibility and influence across the organization.
- Direct partnership with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team.
