Energy One FCU is seeking a detail-oriented and member-focused professional with strong knowledge and experience in domestic and international wire transfers (required) to support critical financial transactions and deliver exceptional service across multiple communication channels to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate, secure, and compliant processing of all wire transfer activities, while also supporting account maintenance, responding to member inquiries, and assisting with administrative and reporting functions.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accuracy, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Strong knowledge or experience with wire transfers (domestic and international) is highly desirable
Previous experience in financial services, banking, or credit union operations preferred.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding member service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems is a plus.
Full Time Position - Not a Remote Position
