Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Loan Assistant to join their team!
This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing lending team in a growing, relationship-driven banking environment. The role offers the chance to support a diverse loan portfolio, work on meaningful commercial lending transactions, and contribute directly to a collaborative team that values accuracy, initiative, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Support Loan Officers with consumer, commercial, USDA, and SBA loans
- Gather borrower documentation and complete pre-closing tasks
- Prepare loan document requests and closing packages
- Assist with funding coordination and loan file maintenance
- Submit mortgages, assignments, and other recordable items
- Track exceptions, past-due items, and maturity deadlines
- Provide administrative support in a fast-paced lending environment
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients as needed
Experience:
- 3+ years of loan assistant experience required
- Experience supporting commercial lending operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work onsite in Tulsa
- Valid driver’s license
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with USDA lending
- Experience with SBA 7(a) or 504 loans
- Background supporting loan origination and underwriting teams
- Familiarity with recordable loan documents
- Experience with exception tracking and maturity monitoring
