Cash Applications Analyst

We are seeking a Cash Applications Analyst with high-volume cash application experience to join our growing team. This role involves effective communication and interaction with various team members, including sales, general managers, and controllers. • Handle high-volume cash application processes.
• Post cash receipts in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, general managers, and controllers.
• Utilize various software tools such as SAP, ERP, and Ascend for accounting purposes.
• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, including MSF and Pivot tables.
• Ensure accurate and timely cash application.

• Experience in accounts receivable and cash application.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including MSF and Pivot tables.
• Effective communication skills.

• Experience with Cash Receipt lock box.
• Familiarity with Ascend accounting software (training provided).
• Confidence in interacting with various internal team members.

This position is based in an office environment with a team of 17 accounting and finance professionals. The company has a collaborative team culture and offers opportunities for advancement. The role is primarily in-office, reflecting the company's growth and stability, with no turnover since the current manager took over.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
