Director of Finance

System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a Director of Finance. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. This is a direct-hire, on-site leadership role with competitive benefits and strong long-term stability.

 Responsibilities:  

+  Lead the company's finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and compliance

+  Partner with operations to drive profitability, improve working capital, and support better decision-making through actionable financial insights

+  Oversee month-end and year-end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting for leadership and key stakeholders

+  Guide cost accounting, inventory accounting, and product costing to strengthen margin reporting and operational visibility

+  Manage relationships with external partners (banks, auditors, advisors) and support risk management and internal controls

 Requirements:  

+  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)

+  10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for a team

+  Strong background in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory, and variance analysis

+  Experience using ERP/financial systems to improve reporting, controls, and process efficiency (ERP implementation experience a plus)

+  Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000
