Home support worker - Sunshine Coast

• Client locations across Tewantin, Noosa, Maroochydore, Woombye & Marcoola.

• Availability is required for a minimum of two days per week, with the potential to increase up to five days per week.

• Available working hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts where available.

How you will make an impact as a Home Support Worker

• You’ll enjoy flexible hours, a small supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
• Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming.
• Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.
• Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
• Monitoring medication.
• Scheduling and attending appointments.
• Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.

• As a compassionate and dependable individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service – ideally with experience in the health or aged care sector – you will bring:
• A warm and caring nature
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• A positive and practical attitude
• A current driver’s license and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Medication Administration Competency
