Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Therapist who enjoys working with a team. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic services to women with substance abuse issues.

• Facilitate groups, provide individual counseling sessions, and perform other contract services as needed for Resonance therapeutic programs.
• Provide ASI and ASAM evaluations to clients.
• Interface with DHS, other referring agencies, and court services to provide comprehensive client services.
• Assist in maintaining program statistics, research information, and support development/grant‑writing activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with conducting individual and group counseling sessions.
• Familiarity with conducting assessments, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Previous experience is highly desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of techniques and their application in mental health treatment.

• LADC, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW or under supervision.
