  • Hillcrest Hospital South, a full‑service 180‑bed facility located in south Tulsa, offers a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services utilizing cutting‑edge technology in a welcoming community environment. As the only DNV Orthopedic Center of Excellence (OCE) in Oklahoma, Hillcrest South stands out for its exceptional orthopedic care. The hospital’s RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high‑quality training for nurses.
  • Oversee daily charge capture and reconciliation processes and maintain the charge master.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing clinical trials, new procedures, and bundle payment agreements to ensure financial positions are met and maintained.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant charge items, recognize and resolve billing inconsistencies, analyze reports and software edits, review reports and nurse notes to determine appropriate charges and complete follow‑up.
  • Work with the business office to identify denials, over payments, underpayments, and provide analysis and insight.
  • Possess strong critical thinking skills and clinical knowledge of procedures to effectively achieve position functions.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Job Requirements
  • Previous charge capture experience preferred; medical terminology required.
