What You'll Do as a Speech Therapist

In this vital home‑health role, you will:

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patient function
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Prepare clinical and progress notes
• Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide services in compliance with CMS documentation and billing standards
• Follow infection‑control protocols and report any suspected abuse
• Participate in new‑hire orientation and training as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of speech therapy experience
• Current Oklahoma medical board license in good standing
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to meet the physical demands of home‑health care

• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Schedule

This PRN position typically follows a Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule.
