Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW

This full‑time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized, person‑centered habilitation plans aimed at improving clients’ emotional well‑being and quality of life.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They communicate progress to team members, support families, and maintain accurate documentation. The role involves training staff, on‑call availability, and providing follow‑up care.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work and active LCSW license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
• Physical ability to perform demands and reliable transportation required.
