POSITION SUMMARYFull-time restorative aide to treat geriatric patients at our facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSCurrent CNA license in good standing.
Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed, both verbal and written documentation.
POSITION DUTIESResponsible for providing restorative treatment to a full caseload of patients, to improve or maintain function.
Perform restorative and exercise tasks on patients as delegated by a therapy clinician.
Provide a treatment plans that allow your patients to reach their maximum potential.
Work with the therapy team and nursing staff to help provide a cohesive quality of care.
Provide quality documentation as required.
