About the Role:

Join our compassionate home health team in Tulsa as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). In this role, you’ll provide therapy services to patients of all ages in their homes, helping them improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic skills. This position is perfect for motivated SLPs who value flexible schedules, patient-centered care, and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy in patients’ homes
• Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve therapy goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with company and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Provide patient-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life

• Active Oklahoma SLP license
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates/CFs welcome
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide compassionate patient care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Tulsa area
