- Hillcrest Hospital South is a full-service 180-bed hospital providing a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services using state-of-the-art technology in a friendly community setting. Consistent performance has helped the hospital be nationally recognized for patient safety.
The New Grad RN will participate in the only accredited nurse residency program in Tulsa which includes preceptorship, continuing education opportunities, and support from all angles: management, education, and your peers. Hillcrest South is dedicated to your success and continued growth in the nursing profession!
As a participant in the accredited nurse residency at Hillcrest South, you will receive:- Structured 12-month program designed to support you through your first year as a nurse
- Strong cohort model that fosters meaningful connections with fellow nurses and a safe space for reflection, shared experiences, and real-world problem solving
- Hands-on clinical experience to bridge the gap between theory and bedside practice

- Expected graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Previous nurse extern, nurse tech, or other healthcare experience preferred
