Therapitas is a nonprofit that has served Spanish‑speaking families in Oklahoma since 2009 with one mission: ensuring Spanish‑speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child.

We’re hiring a part‑time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. We provide trained interpreter support.

• Flexible Scheduling:
  Choose your days and hours within our Monday‑Friday clinic schedule. Mornings, afternoons, specific days: we’ll build a consistent schedule that works for your life.

  Production‑based pay at $44–$64/hour of direct therapy time, plus $100 per evaluation and supervision pay. Total compensation depends on number of days worked, patient care, experience, and supervision.

• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
• Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain it

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
• Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
• Document services in our easy‑to‑use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family‑centered care
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) during your scheduled clinic hours

• Production‑based compensation: $34,000–$68,000/year ($44–$64/hour) dependent on days worked, patient care, experience, and number of PTAs supervised. Paid documentation time and supervision pay included
