Therapitas is a nonprofit that has served Spanish‑speaking families in Oklahoma since 2009 with one mission: ensuring Spanish‑speaking children have the same access to quality therapy as any other child.
We’re hiring a part‑time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required. We provide trained interpreter support.

- DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
- Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain it
- New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome

- Availability for a consistent weekly schedule with PTA supervision during clinic hours
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
- Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
- Document services in our easy‑to‑use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
- Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family‑centered care
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) during your scheduled clinic hours
- Production‑based compensation: $34,000–$68,000/year ($44–$64/hour) dependent on days worked, patient care, experience, and number of PTAs supervised. Paid documentation time and supervision pay included
