Job Summary:

We are seeking a special Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Oklahoma Memory Care Institute (OMCI). OMCI is truly a special place. We are a small tucked away facility in the heart of Tulsa with a maximum capacity of just over 50 residents with very little short term census. As such, the Administrator at this facility would really be able to get to know their residents and staff.

This is a facility for a stable administrator who is looking for a position that is a little less demanding than a high-skilled hustle and bustle building but one that would allow for the forging of deep and caring relationships between facility and staff. Our facility is stable with a lot of long-term tenure in department heads and nursing, and we are looking for a leader to add to that stability and strengthen our culture of appreciation and care.
