We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a fast-paced and patient-focused team in Tulsa, OK. This position is responsible for patient registration, specimen collection, specimen processing, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both pediatric and geriatric populations and thrive in a busy clinical environment.
Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages
- Collect approximately 25–35 specimens daily
- Complete patient registration and verify demographic information
- Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and staff
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
- Occasionally assist at a nearby sister site on the same campus as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Fast-paced, friendly team environment
- Approximately 1,200 sq. ft. Patient Service Center
- Standing requirements vary depending on patient volume
- Team-oriented setting
- 1–2 weeks of training provided
- Interview process consists of one onsite interview
- Resumes reviewed within 48–72 hours
- Potential for long-term employment and conversion based on performance and business needs

This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00/hr.
