Saturdays 8AM-12PM or 5PM-9PM

Do you have a passion for helping others live safely and independently in their own homes? At LIFE PACE we’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our Home Care team. As a Home Care Aide, you’ll build meaningful relationships while providing essential support that allows older adults to maintain their independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll provide personalized, in-home assistance to seniors, including:

  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, feeding, and mobility.
  • Supporting clients with light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and making beds.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with grocery shopping and other errands.
  • Encouraging clients to remain as independent and active as possible while providing support.
  • Monitoring and documenting services provided, participant wellbeing, and any incidents or concerns.
  • Maintaining a safe home environment and following proper lifting and body mechanics.
  • Working collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members while providing exceptional customer service to clients and families.

Qualifications
  • Current Oklahoma Long-Term Care Aide and/or Home Health Aide certification required.
  • Current, valid Oklahoma driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
  • One year of CNA experience preferred.
Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, transferring clients, and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist with client mobility. Daily travel to client homes is required.
