Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for both experienced professionals and new graduates who are passionate about making a meaningful impact on children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
- Provide parent/caregiver training and ongoing support
- Supervise and train clinical staff on ABA best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB required)
- Experience with developmental disabilities and behavior intervention plans preferred
